This week we’re coming at you with another easy and delicious dish! Learn how to make our Santa Maria-style oven-roasted chicken. Make it for dinner one night and keep the leftovers for lunches for the rest of the week! Directions; - Get a 5lbs chicken at local grocery store - Preheat oven to 425f - Remove chicken from fridge 30 minutes before roasting - Pat dry and remove innards - Season liberally with Santa Maria-style seasoning - For even cooking, tuck wings under bird and tie legs together - Roast for 90 min - Remove from oven, tent loosely in foil and let rest 10-15 min - Carve. Plate with veggies. Enjoy!
