Roast Rub

Roast Rub is the perfect all-around seasoning for roasted meats.  This herbaceous version of our popular Santa Maria-style blend is ideal as a seasoning or brine for your roast of choice.  We loaded it up with aromatic sage, rosemary, and a secret blend of herbs and spices to make it the perfect complement to your holiday roasting.  It has a beautiful, coarse texture with less salt and more flavor, so longer marinade times only make the meat more flavorful without being overly salty.  Roast Rub includes the new, California-style Prime Rib recipe card.
